Island Homes Collection is a real estate team within Nest Seekers International Puerto Rico operating under the direction of Puerto Rico & Florida Director Roberto Cardona. We are a seller-focused team with an emphasis on strong property representation, preparation, marketing, negotiation and client service.

Our focus is on maintaining a productive, professional, compliant and transparent team rather than simply growing in numbers. As opportunities arise, we may consider expanding with select real estate professionals who share our standards, work ethic and commitment to quality.
